- Applicant must be between age 21 to 55 years.
- The family income should be less than INR 1.50 Lakhs in rural areas INR 2.00 Lakhs in urban areas.
- Applicant should not have take advantage in last 5 years before in any PWD welfare scheme and other department government agency.
