Recently The Great Noida industrial Development government has launched the GNIDA New Residential Plot Scheme to provide affordable residential plots .Under this yojana they will be provided houses near in Noida International Airport the authorities has decided to launch new projects called GNIDA citizens those who want apply under this scheme and want to get their own residential plots at affordable prices and this is opportunity for those who have not their permanent homes now they able to afford it the process will be start on 3rd January and the last date of this yojana 25th January 2025.

About GNIDA Scheme 2025 (LOP-05/2025)

Processing Fee
- The processing fees is INR 4,000 + 18 % GST For Area(0-100 SQM) & INR 5,000+18% GST For Area (101-200 SQM) & INR 8,000+18% GST For Area (201-500 SQM).
- The citizens must note that processing fees are non-refund
Mode of Payment
- Online transactions by the bank process and payment door away on the Authority website @.
- No matter you will pay in anyway or any payment method that you choose but the government will provide you an allowance which is a maximum amount of one months after the process with the CEO of GNIDA.
GNIDA New Residential Plot Scheme Apply Online
- First you have a passport size photo and necessary documents valid proof of address and permanent resident identification and then check all the documents before the submit.
- After you have to go on website and create account and login with user id or password for their confirmation after that citizen should pay fees before the registration.
- If you will fill your late payment details not allowed. The fee of amount for your registration process pay before and full payment will not be accepted valid for e-auction method.
- During the process you have good internet connection if something will happen during process GNIDA will be responsible for this.
- (EMD) are required for this process.
- All citizens must be paid above the reserve price with an fixed value of 1 percent.
- Citizen will pay use any method for payment such as credit cards net banking NEFT OR RTGS and by check.
- Different payment methods apply different charges during process.
- Citizen will not refund their payment after submitting.
- The citizens will receive an allotment latter within 30 days. After the checking your documents or etc.
- Citizen should have to check daily update about their process.
- The e- auction process will also accept by the GNIDA WEBSITE.

Allotment Process
- The candidates will be selected by the Allotment group and the final decision will take by them beneficiaries will be informed.
- According to the plots the highest amount will be done by e auction
- All the those plots who have only one bed will be available the option and the plots have only one bed so the final decision will be taken by the CEO of GNIDA.
- Citizens can by other plots under this scheme but they have to pay the EMD fees and registration fees also.
- Those have registered online by e-auction process if the process will not success they will be refund in 30 days.
